Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our drops and made-to-order process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Sizing, fabric details, and fit recommendations are clearly listed on each product page to help you order with confidence.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact1veilclothing@gmail.com. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item (showing the damage or incorrect item)
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final, so please double-check your information before checking out.
