At Veil, we work hard to get your gear to you safely and on time. Every piece is made with intention, so we ask for a little patience as we package and ship your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after you place your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
During drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed — we’re a small team doing it all in-house.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or shipping provider to file a claim.
If your package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, reach out to us at contact1veilclothing@gmail.com and we’ll try to help you locate it.
International Orders
- All duties, customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delays due to customs are out of our control.
- We don’t offer international returns at this time.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice a mistake, email us ASAP at contact1veilclothing@gmail.com if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to fix it.
